- Shipping & Delivery
- Orders received before 2PM EST usually ship out the same day. We ship USPS flat rate. Delivery in the continental United States is generally 3-5 days. Allow for a few extra days if your shipping destination is outside of the continental United State. We can also ship via UPS or FEDEX upon request. Please contact us to discuss the appropriate shipping arrangements should you have any questions.

- RPS will not sell, trade, share or rent your email address or any other personal information to anyone. We believe that your email address is personal and should be kept private. We use your email address to confirm your order, to provide you with tracking information, ask questions about your order and, rarely, to update you on internet specials or send you a satisfaction survey. We will never exchange your personal information with a third party
- Returns & Replacements
- All returns must be made within 30 days of purchase. Due to the nature of our products, returns are not accepted unless approved by our sales department. A 20% re-stocking fee may be charged for returned goods. All returns must be shipped prepaid and include a copy of our Return Materials Authorization form. Please contact us before returning for further information.

- Ordering online is simple and secure with our paypal checkout. We can also take your order over the phone and except all major credit cards. For bulk orders open account terms can be established.
